How to Delete Your Account In-App

  1. Open the app menu
  2. Tap Delete Account at the bottom
  3. Type delete my account to confirm

Deletion takes effect as soon as you confirm. Your sign-in is permanently disabled and you are signed out.

What Is Removed

  • Sign-in — Your credentials are unlinked, so you cannot sign in to this account again
  • Name — Your name and display name are replaced with "Deleted User"
  • Avatar — Your avatar is deleted
  • Parties you run — Any Party you run as Gamemaster (teacher) is deactivated, and its students lose access to it
  • Memberships and invitations — Your Party memberships, House collaborator roles and Realm memberships are deleted, and so are invitations still waiting on your email address
  • Date of birth, RevenueCat identifier and Terms acceptance record — Deleted from your account

What Stays, and Why

The rest stays on the anonymized account, under the name "Deleted User":

  • Courses you created (Houses, with their Campaigns, lessons and quizzes) — Other users rely on them
  • Progress, quiz results and written answers — A teacher's gradebook and a class's records stay complete
  • Subscription status and purchase records — Kept for financial and legal records
  • Content moderation reports — Kept for platform safety

Subscriptions

Deleting your RPGLMS account does NOT cancel your subscription. The App Store, Google Play, or Stripe (for web purchases) manages billing separately.

Cancel your subscription there before deleting your account, or billing will continue.

Can't Access the App?

If you cannot access the app to delete your account, emailsupport@rpglms.comwith the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your account.

Email deletion requests are processed within 7 business days.
